Digital Products

Once a digital item has been successfully delivered to the customer, the order is considered complete and cannot be refunded.

Eligible Cases

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

• The purchased item cannot be delivered.
• The customer was charged but did not receive the product.
• A technical error prevents delivery.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Successfully delivered products.
• Incorrect Roblox usernames provided by the customer.
• Change of mind after delivery.
